1. Introduction

Welcome to SGF Rent Car. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our car rental services and website.

2. Eligibility and Requirements for Renting

Renters must be at least 25 years old.
A valid 2 Years driving license is required.
Renters must provide a valid credit card for payment and security deposit.

3. Rental Period

The rental period shall be as specified in the rental agreement.
Late returns may incur additional charges.

4. Rates and Fees

Our rates are as specified on our website or rental agreement.
Additional fees may apply for extras like child seats, etc.

5. Insurance and Liability

Basic insurance coverage is included. (Collision Damage Waiver and Third Party Liability)

The renter is responsible for any damage or loss to the vehicle during the rental period.

6. Vehicle Use Restrictions

Vehicles cannot be used for illegal purposes, racing, or off-road driving.
Vehicles must not be taken out of the country without prior authorization.

7. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations must be made 48 hours/days before the rental period begins for a full refund.
Changes to reservations are subject to availability.
